How to get involved in a sponsored walk

Taking part in a sponsored walk is a great way for people of all fitness levels to raise money for PHA UK.

Whether it’s the London Marathon Walk, which spans 26 miles, or the National Three Peaks or Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge, you can take part in a sponsored walk of your choice with friends, family and colleagues in support of PHA UK.

We are always keen to know what people are doing to help raise much needed funds and awareness for PHA UK. Please see below for our latest featured event, TrekFest, and details of how to register for the challenge.
