living with Pulmonary Hypertension

PH and you

This section of the website contains information and practical tips about living with pulmonary hypertension (PH) on a day-to-day basis. It covers issues ranging from contraception to diet and looking after yourself when you have PH.

The content is based on two publications from the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA UK):

  • The booklet Living with PH: Day-to-day advice on dealing with your pulmonary hypertension. This is contained in the members’ pack given to all PHA UK members.
  • The book Understanding pulmonary hypertension: Information for patients. If you would like to receive a copy, please fill in the publication request form.
