I will share my experiences of pulmonary hypertension by talking to others about what it means to live with a rare disease. I will help those around me to understand that not all disabilities are visible.
I will continuously talk about the amazing work both the specialists centres and staff do alongside our brilliant charity PHAUK headed by Iain Armstrong and his incredibly dedicated team. God bless you all x
