Make a pledgeI will share my experiences of pulmonary hypertension by talking to others about what it means to live with a rare disease. I will help those around me to understand that not all disabilities are visible. I will live my best life and be here to support fellow sufferers if they need my help. I will raise awareness for my linked health care providers such as my GP and colleagues working in health care professions.
