We’re holding a special summer get-together in Birmingham to help our PH community get to know each other better and benefit from expert talks and advice.
Registration is from 10am (start time 10.30) and the event will end by 5pm.
This free national event is open to all PHA UK members, regardless of where you receive treatment. Hear from specialist healthcare professionals and enjoy lots of opportunities to meet others affected by PH, and their loved ones too.
Please note there will be no entertainment or provisions for children at this event.
Lunch and refreshments are provided and the PHA UK team will be on hand all day. We can’t wait to see you!
Each guest is eligible to bring one person with them. If you complete the form below and all places have been filled, you will automatically be placed onto a waiting list.
Please note, accommodation is not included in your booking so if you wish to stay over this will need to be arranged and paid for independently.
