Are you a young person with PH?

We need your voice to help shape research and specialist services!

We’ve teamed up with Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital (GOSH) to build a young person’s advisory group to help shape the paediatric PH service and PH research.

We’re looking for people living with PH who are aged around 10-16, those who have recently transitioned into adult services, and their parents or guardians too, to take part in regular feedback sessions with the team from GOSH and the PHA UK. These meetings will take place either online or in-person, and they will be a chance to share your ideas and opinions, and your thoughts on what could be done better.

  • Influence future projects
  • Keep research relevant to young people
  • Help GOSH to receive funding to turn ideas into action

Being part of our advisory group will enable you to connect with other young people with PH – and it will also make a great addition to your CV! In some cases, you will reimbursed for your time in the form of gift vouchers.

If events are in-person, then all travel and accommodation costs will be covered. We are planning the first feedback session to take place this summer.

If you are interested in being part of this special ongoing advisory group, please complete the form below and we will contact you with further details and an invitation to take part in the first session (where we will also seek your feedback on a snappier name for the group 😉)

Please note that the details you provide below will be collected by the PHA UK and shared with Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital. If you are under 16, please ensure you have the permission of a parent or guardian to complete the form.

If you have any questions, please contact Annabelle Barnes from the PH research team at GOSH on annabelle.barnes@gosh.nhs.uk.
