On Friday 4th November we’re bringing the UK’s pulmonary hypertension community together, and with the theme of #OurVoicesMatter, we need everyone to make themselves heard.
Help us raise awareness of PH by supporting one of the many initiatives we have planned, which are all listed here.
Use social media, put up posters, share your story, write to your GP, hold an event, distribute leaflets or simply start a conversation. It all makes a difference!
This year we are also inviting people to ‘go the extra mile’ by completing a challenge on PH Day in a way that suits them. What will your mile look like?
