On behalf of my beautiful Mum, who left us in July 2018.
I will raise awareness of pulmonary hypertension, the signs and the symptoms that you might just brush off as something else.
I will continue to fight and highlight awareness. I will no longer spend money on Christmas cards, I will now and forever donate that money to an amazing cause PHA. The only person that will receive a card will be my beautiful mummy, every year without fail, left where she rests.
I will support those with it, those caring for loved ones who fight a daily battle just to breathe.
